Cancellations & No Shows: 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for our stylists, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally. No Show Fee or Last Minute Cancellation/Rescheduling fee of $25 will apply. 

Please be aware that we require a valid credit/debit card to book all appointments beforehand regardless of the payment method. Your card will never be charged unless there is a cancellation under 24 hours or if you do not show up to your appointment. 


Our Cancellation/No Show Policy still applies if you cancel/schedule your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, you will incur a $25 charge. 


Tardiness Policy:

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon and let us know. We will call any late clients 10 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. 


Exchanges & Refunds:

There are NO REFUNDS for any services performed or gift cards sales. Retail purchases may only be exchanged for equal or lesser value products within 7 days of purchase and must be unopened. Returns are only accepted for store credit. No cash refunds will be given as well as no credit will be issued to your account.

Parties:

Any bookings spanning longer than 2 hours, or group bookings for 2 people or more must be secured with a valid credit card. All party reservations require a deposit. Deposits consist of 50% off all services to be done the day of reservation and 20% gratuity. Any appointments booked outside normal business hours will have an additional charge of $25 per person and MUST be secured with a valid credit card. 


Salon Services:

We stand behind our hair services, we will correct any challenges we have created with your hair services yet, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of the service so that we may schedule your appointment free of charge. We can only guarantee our chemical and color services if the prescribed products are purchased through Salon D’Artista. 

Price Policy:

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Range of prices are subject to change based on length, texture and density and according to selected stylist. 

Gratuity:

Prices do not include gratuity. Gratuities are at the discretion of our guests and are greatly appreciated. Our service providers appreciate you thanking them for the service they provided. Generally, the standard gratuity is 15% - 25% of the original service price, prior to any discounts or promotions.
